REGISTRATION FOR PRE-K, KINDERGARTEN AND NEW

STUDENTS ATTENDING SAINT JOSEPH SCHOOL FOR

THE 2005-2006 SCHOOL YEAR

Registration for students who will enter Pre-K or Kindergarten in September 2005 and also new students in Grades 1 thru 8 will be held on the following days:

Wednesday, April 13th - 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 20th - 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 121th - 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, April 22nd - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Information required the day of registration is as follows:

Birth Certificate

Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Social Security Card

Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation Information (if applicable)

Immunization Records

For new students entering Grade 1 thru 8, in addition to the above, please provide your childs report card from the previous school at the time of registration.

Students entering Pre-K must be four years of age on or before October 1, 2005. Students entering Kindergarten must be five years of age on or before October 1, 2005.

OPEN HOUSE for new families will be held at Saint Joseph School on Monday, March 21, 2005 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Sunday, April 10, 2005 from 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. Please help advertise our wonderful school. Please encourage your family, neighbors and friends to visit our school during one of the Open House dates.
